Meet Our Staff!
At the age of 12, Steve started working with his uncle mowing lawns. As a part-time job after high school, Steve took a position with a local landscape company. So inspired by the owner and his operations, Steve attended Ohio State University and received his degree in Landscape Contracting and Construction.
He has worked in several high-profile landscape operations along the East Coast. In 2013, with the support of his wife and 2 daughters, the Golds were able to make a dream a reality and moved to Florida to enjoy the great weather, the beaches, and occasionally a visit to Walt Disney World.
Steve has over 25 years of landscaping experience and we here at Greenpoint are lucky to have him on board. Steve is responsible for all Residential and Commercial installation projects.

Jenifer, left the financial industry in 2010 to join the GreenPoint team. She brought with her a skill set, not only in finance, but a strong focus on customer service as well. Jenifer, started with GreenPoint using her finance background, doing the bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and many other duties. Jenifer, quickly started building and maintaining strong client relationships. She then realized, the customer service was part of the job that she really enjoyed.
Jenifer, now heads the Paver and Sod Division of Greenpoint. She is really excited about this job role because it combines the customer service with the opportunity to get into the field and see her hard work in motion. Jenifer, takes pride in her ability to multitask and getting it all done with attention to detail.
Jenifer has a beautiful daughter Kaylin, who loves tagging along with her on the job whenever she can. Jenifer, also enjoys reading and oyster roasts with family and friends on the St John's River on her downtime. Jenifer is very proud and grateful to have been a part of all that the company has accomplished over the years. She is looking forward to growing with GreenPoint.
